1. Create a student account by clicking on link below.

You will receive a student account and student ID to receive transcripts. Make sure you note the address you used on this  form since that will be where the free transcript is sent!

 

2.Transcript directions. You can find directions just by logging into LEO (same place where you created your account).

1. PD students will receive the traditional paper transcript that will be automatically sent to your home address by the College. You will need to scan it into a PDF, both front and back to email to your LPDC or upload into your ODE account (CORE Account).

2. If you need to request an electronic version to be sent to someone other than yourself please use - getmytranscript.org

• Click "ORDER TRANSCRIPT(S)" >
• You will receive an email from donotreply@nationalclearinghouse and asking you to confirm the request for the transcript.
